FUNDICIONES MONFORT began its' activity in 1.941 as a company dedicated to the manufacture of castings in aluminium alloys.

We have a surface area of 18,000 m² and the following services at your disposal:

  • Engineering and R+D office with 2D and 3D CAD-Systems for the design of parts, moulds, trim-dies and special tools.
  • Mould, trim-die and tool-manufacturing facility
  • Aluminium gravity die casting and low pressure die casting section
  • High pressure die casting section
  • Machining of parts on CNC work centres and CNC-lathes
  • Surface treatments; stainless steel shot peening, polishing and anodizing
  • We have a network of the most qualified suppliers in each sector; we can supply heat treatments and painted finishing.

Specialty

Our technological means and the experience we have acquired, make it possible for us to produce parts that need a high degree of technical skills, of parts with high weight or big size and of parts that need an excellent surface finishing.

  • GRAVITY DIE CASTING AND LOW PRESSURE
    Our production is oriented to the manufacture of pieces in all aluminium alloys, and specialized in alloys for high mechanical requirements like EN AC-42200 and corrosion resistant alloys like EN AC-51300 and EN AC-51100, fit for polished and anodized parts.
  • We use following alloys : EN AC-51300, EN AC-51100, EN AC-43100, EN AC-44100, EN AC-45200, EN AC-42200, EN AC-21000
  • Parts with weight up to 80 Kg.
  • Automatically tilting machines, foundry section with robot, deburring sector with robot.
  • HIGH PRESSURE DIE CASTING
  • Machines with the latest technology, equipped with vacuum system, with completely robotized process.
  • We use following alloys: EN AC-44100, EN AC-47100, EN AC-46000, EN AC-46100

Logistics

Our organization is completed with an agile and direct logistics service, from the reception of the raw materials, through the traceability of our internal production process up to the supply to our client. This system guarantees punctuality in our deliveries, maintaining the quality of our products until they reach their destination.

Environment

  • Respect for the environment is basic to FUNDICIONES MONFORT’s philosophy.
  • FUNDICIONES MONFORT is certified according to the quality standard UNE – EN ISO 9001 since 1999, and we are in the process of being certified according to ISO-14001, to achieve this all residues that are generated in our production process are being recycled.
