Systems and processes

Our quality management system is based on the UNE-EN ISO 9001:2000 specification and is certified by TÜV International. In addition we are certified by clients of high reputation, who realize audits and accredit their suppliers.

From the reception of an order to the delivery of the products, our management system and processes are oriented to assure complete traceability.

  • When an order is received, Our Production Office, with the aid of the information system, verifies and introduces the data in the production planning. The client receives the confirmation that the order has been received and accepted, confirming the price and the date of delivery.
  • Inside production our system assures, with production orders that have images of the part, all technical parameters and control plans, that the repetitiveness of the process is guaranteed.
  • Once the part is finished from foundry and deburring, the processes can continue, at the request of the client, until arriving at a piece with heat treatment, machined and with the desired surface finish.
  • In all processes our Quality Management System verifies the quality of the process and the product.
  • When all productive processes are finished, an agile logistic system takes care that the product arrives to the client conserving the quality specifications required.
  • In case of a complaint, doubt or claim about the product or service, our Quality Department will manage the issue with speed to increase the satisfaction of our clients.
